Our firm founders believed that there was a better way to meet the needs of investors. We still do.
Thirty years ago, David Goodson and Jim Proffitt saw a need for a different kind of investment advice. David, a financial consultant with a national wirehouse, and Jim, a former banker turned CPA, understood all too well the shortcomings of a sales-driven, product-oriented approach to investing. They founded ProffittGoodson to shift their responsibilities away from their firm and directly to their clients. Our firm is built on a true fiduciary model, one that requires investing in the best interests of our clients. From day one, we have invested portfolios designed to meet the unique objectives and exclusive demands of each of our clients.
